If your order has not yet been dispatched then we will cancel your order from our system and issue a refund immediately.  

 

If your order has already been dispatched you will need to take delivery of the goods and then your order cancellation will be dealt with in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
